Scope
This policy applies to all personal information collected from the Roster website (the "Site"). It is subject to the laws of Québec, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as well as other applicable legislation and regulations. We collect personal information from individuals who visit our Site — in particular when they fill in contact forms to request information, a call, a demo, or access to Roster. In most cases we request: company, name, job title, telephone number, and email address. This information is used to respond to your queries, to improve our Site, for marketing studies, to improve our services, or to provide you with information of interest.
Cookies and Traffic Analysis
We use cookies on our Site and rely on Google Analytics or similar technologies to monitor traffic. We use server-side data collection for analytics that complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Use of Personal Information
The personal information we collect is used solely for the purpose for which it was collected. Your consent will be necessary for any use of your personal information for commercial prospection purposes other than those mentioned above.
ADVANTYS keeps personal information for a period of time it deems reasonable to reach the objectives set out, or in accordance with the law — whichever time frame is shorter. Information on our Site is not intended for minors. ADVANTYS does not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.

As ADVANTYS is not responsible for the content and policies of these sites, we recommend you read their policies before using them. From time to time, ADVANTYS may modify this Privacy Policy. Please consult it periodically. In the event of a modification, a notice to that effect will be posted at the beginning of this policy.
